  Came into this location and asked for the five meat Italian sub.. I asked the lady if she could substitute the roast beef for ham or turkey, since turkey and ham already comes on the sub, she rudely replied "we don't do substitutes". I just turned around and walked out. I've been to different Subway locations and they have easily substituted the roast beef with ham or turkey with no problem. I see from other reviews that this Subway location has to do better.

  They charge you for a full drink if you just want a cup of water with your $17 sub lol I get charging for a cup like 25 cents, but I'm not paying $3 for 8 ounces of tap water.

  The workers have the worst additudes I've ever seen anywhere. I go to other subways to avoid the one closest to my house

  People need to be kind. This was my third time going in and the third time they were rude. Not going back. I ordered 3 subs and 12 cookies. I asked to have the vegis on the side- , tomato’s and onions in a separate container. She told me no unless I I was ok with being charged for a salad. Then she told me, “next time you an order this big, order the day before.” 3 foot long subs (not toasted) and 12 cookies.

  Do not go to this place, havent been to this location in over a year and I see nothing has changed. The people serving the food are very rude and the food is just thrown together, basically inedible. I will not be going back to this place ever again. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to another location. Horrible service.
