    Ordered a large Asian salad got home and only had a small salad to far away to go back but was disappointed. They were not busy and should have caught the mistake but oh well .. normally no problems so hopefully next time they will get it right ☹️

    The food is good. However, it can be hard to get an employees attention at times and the restaurant is always dirty. There is always stuff all over the floor. The bathrooms are gross and the ceiling tiles above the cooking area need to be replaced

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve given this Panera drive-thru multiple chances (about 3–4 visits now), and it’s consistently one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’ve gone, there have only been maybe 2 cars ahead of me, yet it still takes around 15 minutes just to get through the line. That’s not even counting if you have a larger order—it’s this slow no matter what. At this point, it’s frustrating and feels like poor management of the drive-thru. Panera is supposed to be a “fast casual” spot, but this location is anything but fast. I’ve stopped by at different times of the day hoping for a better experience, but it’s always the same story. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend avoiding this drive-thru altogether.
