  The employees at this store are so efficient, polite and respectful. I’ve been to a lot of Arby’s but none compare to the service at this location. I’d like to recognize a particular employee, though all the employees have been great Devante is a stand out employee. He is head and shoulders above the majority of fast food workers. I hope this store recognizes what a great employee they have in him. That kid is going places and I never have to worry about subpar food or missing items when he’s on deck. He needs promoted, he deserves it.

  I pull up through the drive thru sat for 5 minutes no one would take order no hello nothing. Was just ignored this was at 11:10pm

  Terrible service from a young man i believe his name was austin. the manager brennan repeated the behavior towards me as well. clearly an issue that starts at the top, terrified to know if this is how all customers are treated. will not be back
