    Employees need to start paying attention to what they're putting on the sandwiches and the timeliness of how they make them, especially for pick up. No one should wait twenty minutes when there's four people on the sandwich line was literally stared at while I was waiting no one was making my sandwich and I was there before only TWO others showed up yet LAST to leave with my sandwich. Avacado spread was forgotten.

    Placed order 12;00 pm on JJ website for delivery from this location. it is now 1 hr later and have not received my food. I received a text from JJ saying the order is now given to Uber to deliver.

    Freaky slow delivery, sandwich was soaked in mayo outside and inside of the sub. Has happened numerous times but always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Jimmy John’s quality over the years from service to food keeps getting worse.

    NO SHOW! The order never arrived, after 45 minutes I called and was told "Sorry nothing we can do". Thanks for ruining my lunch hour and not even trying to make it right. This store needs new management.

    I ordered a turkey tom and got 2 slices of turkey and a little mayo on bread. It was disgusting and barely a sub. How embarrassing it would be to work at this place. Note to self to never go back to this location.
