You had a full lobby of Veterans as well as regular customers and you handled the crowd and chaos with ease and with smiles. As a 22 year veteran I really appreciated your Veterans Day freebies.     We ordered 20 bone in wings. We were there 90 minutes and never got them. We were never offered any type of compensation. Our waitress barely paid attention to us, and the Hostess didn't give any heads up that the kitchen was struggling. We had to leave before our food came. It was an NFL Sunday, but we've been to other locations many times and the service was top notch and we were kept informed of any issues/wait.
