  I went through the drive-thru today and had an excellent experience thanks to Devante. He was kind, articulate, professional and quick. He was extremely friendly and made sure I had extra napkins and sauces. I will 100% recommend this location and hope Arby's recognizes Devante as an asset!

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food chain. I tried to order food around 5-6pm, the usual dinner time. The employees seem so lost in their phones they didn’t seem to notice me standing there for 5 minutes. Once I finally got one of their attention, a young boy claiming he’s the manager and a bigger gentleman tell me I am not able to get any fried products because they didn’t want to drop it fresh for me. I could see the employees picking in the old fried foods and I just wanted fresh mozzarella sticks that weren’t touched by a bare strangers hand. When I asked why I couldn’t get fresh food, the 3 employees that were in sight all hid to the back ignoring me asking to order food. This is just absolutely unacceptable seems like the employees don’t even want to do their jobs. I didn’t even get to try the food but it was probably for the best because judging from the lobby I wouldn’t want to eat anything that comes from that kitchen. Hope this place can get itself together and find people who actually want to work because used to be my favorite Arbys.
