  Chelsea Top Shelf far out passes our experience of Top Shelf Brighton. The place is clean, the food looks premium style on real plates and full tap offerings. The staff actually serves the tables and gives a full dining experience.

  Amanda was the best, from pouring a few lagers to tossing a pizza she can do it all. Its a weekly stop for me and my family

  Menu hasn’t changed much aside from increased prices. Service is slow to non-existent (after sitting and waiting for 10 minutes I approached the bar to get a menu and order a server finally came after that) and though the restaurant was only about 1/4 full most tables hadn’t been cleared or cleaned. Over 30 minute wait for a wrap and glass of water. Blackbear’s takeover of community businesses strikes again.
