I went to get food and ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Half the burger on the Quarter Pounder was hanging out of the box when I looked in my bag. I'll post the picture, it wasn't even that busy. Thanks for the fast food I've come to expect instead of the fast food you aim to serve.

The lady that was working your drive thru second window today October 2nd 2025 at 8:34 pm with pi straight light blond hair up in a ponytail should not be doing your drive through with the terrible customer service she has tonight. I understand you were busy but that is no excuse to be rude to a costumer who didn’t understand a confusing question. When we got to the window she asked “did you get the order with chicken nuggets and two burgers” while pulling over a blue frozen Fanta, which I ordered, “or did you get the chicken and two burgers?” Know that I did in fact get two burgers and chicken nuggets I said the first one to which she started handing me coke and I said “on no we didn’t order coke” which is when she started to be mean and started angrily saying “that’s why I just asked you what you got!” In which I said we didn’t get two burgers and nuggets, and she said kinda yelling now “no you got two MCDOUBLES and chicken” (which was nuggets and tenders which she didn’t previously explain) and I said yes we did, but she had just said two burgers previously, and then once we got it sorted out she aggressively handed me my food sort of pushing it at me and as she turned around said “have a good night” while walking away. And we didn’t even get the correct sauce with our meals. If she is there next time and I revive a similar experience I will not be returning to this location, good costumer service, even during a rush, is important to keeping customers like me coming back. I hope someone talks to her about this being bad and have a great night!

This poor guy appeared to be working by himself. Looked like he was a manager or assistant manager maybe. Anyway, he got our large order correct and pretty quick too, considering he was by himself.

Ordered through the app before at 1020 and went to go get gas across the street went to pick up food after getting gas they had us proceed through the ordering area and the first window then the lady at the first window seemed confused and sent us through once we got to the second window the manager told us that they didnt get our order and that we would get our refund in 72 hours absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend this restraunt to anyone go somewhere else
