The gentleman at the takeout counter whose name i did not get unfortunately, offered to fix it and get it to me while I waited without any hesitation, even being 15 mins before they close for the night. Also would like to mention that my food was perfect, and did not seem like they rushed to throw it together at all. Excellent customer service from all of the staff!

The reasoning provided by the manager, Rachel, was to get over it because it is a four hour exception one day of the year due to the sheer volume of orders. We are two of 30 people at 3pm in this place. What a joke. Go somewhere ELSE for Super Bowl! Plenty of businesses would love your patronage.
