  Slowest jimmy John’s experience ever. I don’t know how they made making a sandwich into rocket science. Order was wrong after over ten minutes of waiting. It was almost 9 at night. They were not busy. I was staring in disbelief.

  Easter sunday, free smells sign and open sign on, walk in, dudes in an apron WITH NO PANTS ON, talking about were not open, were prepping for tomorrow, GOOD TO KNOW MAN, I WONT BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

  We stopped by during our commute home from Chicago. Dining area is very limited to just about four tables, so there wasn't a lot of room for dining in. The staff was very polite and efficient. They added new items to their menu. My husband tried the chicken Euro and loved it.

  Great store in Charlotte, Michigan. I, and people from my office, eat there frequently. Quick service, good food. Only ONE gripe. The pickles need to be put in some sort of sealable plastic baggie. They are delicious and very juicy. So the juice ends up everywhere inside the paper bag. Please, help us out - it's nearly impossible to order a pickle and eat it without creating a larger mess.
