  Saturday crew very load waited 15 minutes to get serviced came in @ 5:08 pm didn’t receive the food til 5:31 pm very disappointing

  Multiple nights in a row the staff are rude as heck and they take FOREVER to make the food. When I drive for doordash (which is almost every night), they never close the lobby at a consistent time. you can set a pick up time and they'll be half an hour late getting the food to you. Multiple times I have witnessed an employee with pants (and a belt) sagging almost to the point their butt is hanging out.

  Dreadful. Incredibly overpriced, barely any food, and what was there was bad quality. I am literally never going to Taco Bell again because this place was the last straw.

  I showed up for a late night snack with my friends and was met with a rude tone of a girl. After finishing our order we were interrupted by a guy that said they no longer had nacho cheese to fulfill our order. We asked a simple question and he repeated it in slow motion as though we were dumb. Being met with despair we edited our order and continued on. Once at the window she opened it took our payment and then slammed it on us. After apologizing feeling as though I was in the wrong, she handed the first bag before closing the window and making a fellow coworker hand the second bag stating “I’m not doing it” felt very unwelcome and disrespected. The fries were cold and hard, the taco was overfilled beyond eatable, and there were no napkins, sauce or forks in the bag. Night Crew could definitely use some work and I would like to see better.
