  Worst Arby’s I have ever been to, me and wife went through drive through for dinner, got home, wife was missing half her meal, sandwiches were half wrapped and cold and hard, couldn’t eat fries, tasted like they were sitting in week old cooking oil all day. Wife called store, mgr said bring receipt, and would get refund, went back with receipt, mgr said they changed policy, and would have to call her mgr. Wife called her mgr, he said he would make it right, he lied, NEVER heard back from him! $25 for 1 and a half dumpster meals! And by the way, don’t bother responding to to this review, you already showed your word means nothing! NEVER AGAIN! Read the other reviews

  This store is always great food and service. But if I was a gambler, I'd bet you they have run out of something right now.

  Many items not available. Couldnt make a full sandwich. Including arby sauce. The crew in back was very loud.

  This is my 2nd time in a row getting bad food and service from Charlotte Arby's. There just is no customer service anymore. All these companies need to get back to teaching this and if employees dont follow the guid lines consequences will happen. Drive through the employee didn't even listen the first or second time, finally third time she got it. Got food and went home to find sandwich not made correctly even though it was clear on receipt. Put smallest, lightest sandwich on bottom to the point it was flat and the drink had no syrup in it, now my husband has to drive the 15 min back while his food is now in frig. Cold and won't taste as good. Seems everyday it gets worse, customer service, the quality of food or products. As a company try better, hold employees accountable.
