First, the woman taking my order (since the speaker was down) was extremely rude—so much so that even my daughter commented on it. I ordered burgers with only ketchup, yet they came with everything on them. When I pulled up to get my food, I asked for ketchup packets. With two meals, I was given one packet. I asked for more, and when she came back, she said, “Next time I’ll have to charge you for these six ketchup packets.” Seriously? Over ketchup? Between the rude attitude, incorrect order, and being warned about ketchup packets, this was a very disappointing experience and wont be comming back.
