It’s not the people that are the problem; it’s the management and morale. Get the spark back, because Cedar Springs deserves better.

After waiting almost 35 minutes for curbside, I went inside to see why it hadn't come. From the lobby, the kitchen looks like a disaster, the employees are moving slower than turtles, and the manager is currently dealing with a customer who had been waiting an hour in the lobby. After standing there for 15 minutes, I finally got asked why I was there. Watching the manager, it was pretty clear... our order was deleted and ignored. He immediately started to bag our food with barely an apology. It was already 9pm by this point, I had no time to sit there and argue, so I took the food and left. Everything was old and cold. Even with all of that, couldn't even be given fresh fries. Literally the only good thing out of this experience was the pop we got for drinks. Last night was absolute garbage service and even worse food. What a waste of $25.
