I use to frequent this subway at least once a week. I always knew what to expect, I had the same girl every single time, and she took the time to make my sandwich nice, and even remembered my order to a T. her name was Carly, small girl, big glasses, weird hairstyles sometimes. but so nice. She always would put extra time into making it look good and apologized for the increase in prices. Well lately, sometimes I see her sometimes I don't. I've been getting either the manager who's attitude largely sucks as a whole, and she's always wearing dirty clothes, who honestly stinks, can't tell if its her or the food she is serving. or I get a different girl named kirsten who just has a disgusting attitude, she takes absolutely no pride in her work, and while I can understand hating your job she takes it to a whole new level. The way she throws the subs together is absolutely horrendous, and for the price that you are spending on them you would at least expect an average sandwich but no, she throws it together like slop for a pig. She is impatient and rude. When I bring in my husband, she mostly addresses him, talks obnoxiously, laughs for no reason, and gets frustrated with me if I ask for specific adjustments, mostly ignoring my existence as a whole. with Carly there was zero favoritism, and she never was displeased when I had specific requests. Id also like to mention kirstens hair, I have not once found a hair in my food until Kirsten started working there, which no surprise, she wears it in a half attempted pony tail flipping all over the place. The girls working there now have no pride in how they do their hair, either a messy nasty bun or a pony tail just loosely hanging there. I wouldn't care if I didn't pull a long brown hair out of my food when I visited the last time being served by the other two girls. I won't be coming back as I've gone in too many times, got the two other girls giving me a nasty attitude and messing up my order that hasn't changed in years, and just over all displeased with how things have changed, such a shame. I've asked when Carly will be returning and was told "I dont know, I don't think she works here anymore" and honestly, if thats the case, the new management and owner have truly disadvantaged themselves as I've got tons of local friends agreeing with me that she was probably the best. I have no idea if or when Carly will be back, but if this business has lost her it's truly the worst business decision the new owner could have ever made.
