  It was about 7pm the Saturday after Christmas. Our first time at this location. The app was giving me troubles so I went inside with my infant daughter while my older kids stayed in the van. I got the app to work by choosing different drinks even though they had the ones I chose. One of the young men brought my drinks and order to the van for me. He carried everything. He was an absolute God send. He didn't have to go out of his way but he did. This is where AI can't take over. AI would do what every other location does and watch me struggle. This gentleman stepped up, took a few moments of his day, just to be helpful.

  Ordered an online order. Didn’t receive the cinnamon twists and I had ordered the discovery luxe box and they were out of Chalupa’s that I had customized with chicken and creamy jalapeño and was offered one single Loco taco when I asked for two in replace of that.

  Last time we went here we waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes for our online order. We finally got a bag... drove away and realized they gave us someone else's food. We drove it back, they were going to serve it to the person who ordered it despite it being handed to us and inside our vehicle. We then had to wait AGAIN for our order to leave and realize they didn't give us any silverware for the powerbowls.. No apologies or anything... Ya'll did great your first week... idk whats up with your crew but its getting ridiculous. I was hoping you'd give mcdonalds competition on their food... not poor customer service.
