  Caraly is a great individual. She was working the libe all bye herself while her boss was in the other room eating at lunch rush! I felt so bad for her. They were busy. Shame on that manager for eating at lunch rush! I tried to talk to Caraly while making my sandwich, insuring her we were in no rush. She was upset and crying. Poor girl. I feel she deserves an apology and the manager should be fired! Manager walked out and tossed her trash and walked into the back. She looked evil too. Stay strong kid. Worlds full of those kind of people. If that manager is working there I will not by anything from that store! I am a local

  I come in here fairly often and usually order the same thing. there are typically only one or two employees working at a time, so waits do happen, but the staff at the counter are always polite and do their best to keep things moving. I've never had an issue with the employees themselves, they're courteous and handle customer concerns well. unfortunately the management presence is where things tend to fall short. on multiple visits the manager has been sitting around or standing, eating or on their phone while one employee is left alone struggling to manage orders and customers. it's uncomfortable to watch especially when the counter staff are clearly overwhelmed. I've also noticed that new employees don't seem to last very long. on one visit a newer young employee was visibly upset and crying which was hard to see as a regular customer. it really stands out to me that the employees handle stressful situations more professionally than management does

  My herb and cheese had barely any cheese on the bun 😔 but besides that the person taking our order was great.

  Always good food. Bring back the Honey Oat bread. I'd pay the extra 25c a foot to have that back...
