  The wings were so good, the corn was delicious and the staff was extremely customer focused. From the time I ordered to the young lady who prepared and packed the food. I had never been to a Wing Stop but I wanted to go back today

  I would like to share my experience at this store, where the service was not up to the expected standard, and the interaction was unsatisfactory. Additionally, the quality of the food was not good. I hope this matter will be taken into consideration

  I love coming to this Wingstop every time I come in it’s always clean, great energy, And fast service. Cam does a great job everytime I see him on night shift. Consistency is key and I respect someone working hard. I’m not sure if the owner will see this, but I think that guy deserves a raise! The food looks great too. I always love the presentation.

  I went inside on 3/6/2026 Friday at around 4 pm with my family to order the 40 pc boneless pack. The manager, Cameron just kept adding items I never ordered. Total was $70. I ordered one extra Louisina reg fry. He said I couldn't switch corn for veggies. He handed me 2 medium drinks and 1 large. I asked if they come with the 40 pc pack,he said yes. They dont. Pic of the 40 pc in pics is posted. I tried to get Cameron the manager to understand that the 40 pc chicken comes with 2 sides. Online it says 3. He got loud,angry and made a whole fuss where all the employees stopped working and stared. He told me the 40 pc comes w 1 fry and 1 side but it cant be switched for extra charge for corn. In the bag there were missing chicken boneless pieces, 2 reg fries. I didn't order 2 fries just one with the pack. He was not having it. He told me to get out of HIS store and never come back. Then he told me in a disrespectful manner if im that pressed for the 7 dollars for the drinks he can just give it to me. Big flex. He then pulled 7$ in ones out of his pocket and gave it to me. Overcharge on 40 pc boneless with missing chicken pieces was 1 corn order 3$, 3 drinks 2 med one large, and he gave me 2 fries with ut which I didn't want. He was livid (causing an agressive verbal scene in front of his staff and my 14 year old daughter)about that veggie stock order that comes with the 40 pc like we were at his mother's house,not like I just spent 70 on this weak chicken here at WINGSTOP. Also, he was very happy to spend to 70 with me as I ordered,couldn't find the packs and proper buttons to hit on order register. The best part? Missing chicken and the chicken was places 10 pieces on top of 10 pieces in one box ,sauce mixing and dripping together. Fries were spilled all in the brown paper bag. I had asked for manager and he said GM is out and if I wanna wait for half hr I can. Lol. Hilarious I wasted $70 on wing stop the 1st and only time in my life. Don't worry, that mistake won't ever happen again, at this lame chicken spot w crazy rude disrespectful managers.
