  every time I come to this location it takes minimum of 5 minutes per person/order and usually 10+ minutes. My most recent visit I see in drive through with 3 cards ahead of me for 10 minutes before the even took the next cars order..I left the drive through even though I already place an order online

  waited for 20 mins in drive thru and nobody talked to us. pulled up to the window to see if anyone was working and workers saw us but didn’t bother to talk to us. it deserves zero stars but i had to make a review.

  It took forever for them to take my order.Made me wait at the speaker for over five minutes placed.My order took forever for the food to come out.When it came out, not only was everything cold. But everything was also swamped and whatever.Condiments were liquid like enough catch up for 2 burgers, enough mayo for 2 burgers and enough ranch for 3 chicken sandwiches with cheese that didn't melt it was so cold. You would think after waiting. The food would release be fresh and when you order light condiments, they know what you're talking about very, very sad.And pathetic excuse for a wendy's

  This Wendy’s restaurant on Ford Rd near Haggerty needs to be closed down!! Today’s date is March 29, 2026. We went there this morning. Nobody answered the drive-through microphone, so I drove to the window. I could tell they were playing. The guy wasn’t at the window when I first pulled up, and after a few minutes he finally came… he was distracted the whole time; then after taking my order, he said they didn’t have any eggs and asked, would that be a problem? I said never mind we’ll go somewhere else because I had already determined I didn’t feel comfortable with them giving me anything! And the night before we went and waited at the drive-thru for about 15 to 20 minutes. The girl told me to hang on after I said Hello 3 times. Then she finally said what’s your order. I asked if they were closed she said No, and we don’t have any meat. I told her “I’m going to be real kind about this—you should’ve told me that when I was waiting forever because I could’ve gone to another restaurant by now.” That place needs to be closed down. The staff are not working they are playing!! Who is the Owner? I really want to rate it as Zero but that wasn’t an option.

  Worst Wendy’s experience. Waited almost a half hour in line for cold food. Last time I visit this location. Should have taken warning when the guy told me 3 different times before I ordered they were only accepting cash. Burger was sloppily put together. Waste of time and money. Do better Wendy’s.
