  They were super busy with the dunk promotion. The Manager along with crew had it organized, fast service, fresh and hot food and were still able to give amazing customer service!

  Customer service, well there is none. They are rude and nasty thru the whole experience. Constantly asking "is that it?" As your ordering, as though they dont want to be bothered. As far as giving them stars for customers service, a zero wouldnt be good enough for them. Both woman at the window were very rude and had attitudes. Slamming the window shut on you, dropping the debit card. And on top of that, I had 5 meals with drinks, when asked for a cup holder, we were told no cup holders and shoved the drinks out the window, no patience that we were trying to find a place to put the drinks. Both women at the window were extremely rude nasty and acted like it was an issue to wait on us or do their jobs. As far as the food, the fries were old, cold and nasty, missing BBQ & Ranch that were to come with the orders. The whole experience definitely made an impression and one that I will never go to that store again. It they don't like their jobs, maybe, no definitely they need to go find another place to work.

  Dipping the Big Bacon Triple Classic combo both the burger and the fries into the chili was absolutely incredible and fantastic. The chili was piping hot and insanely delicious. The Mint Chocolate Frosty Fusion makes for the perfect dessert.

  Paid 15$ for cold fries, chicken wrap that has 4 pieces of diced chicken in it there was more tortilla than filling. Sales associate was very unskilled at her job , Coke machine was out of coke, music so lots couldn't hear yourself talk to someone across the table from you. Wendy's you really let us down today
