  Saw the ads on TV for the tropiboba bowls and stopped in to try one. The ads are hilarious and weird and wonderful. Bowls were larger, had more calories (570) and were more expensive ($11+) than I expected. I took the lid off and was swept away with the fragrance. The colors and shapes are gorgeous. It is far more delicious than I expected it to be. I shouldn't have been surprised - I always find tropical smoothies's food to be outstanding. I only wanted to eat half in one sitting, but will see if it keeps in the refrigerator for later. Anyway delicious offering, highly recommend. I had the dragon fruit mango. As for the location, there needs to be an adult managing the place. Between the blaring music and the super loud blenders I could barely place my order. I will say the service was fast and friendly. I waited outside because the music was painfully loud. They do have a drive-thru and I would certainly use that in the future. You serve great food, don't wreck it with kids cranking the music to nightclub levels.

  Every visit has been spectacular!! I was extra excited when they opened and probably one of their first drive thru customers but today I went inside and was helped by Kristie, what a gem! I made an online order mistake and instantly without hesitation she corrected my mistake and made my day. Thank you for the awesome service today and of course I will be back.

  There were over ten people working and I stand at the counter for five minutes and no one says a word to me. One employee made eye contact as I walked out. They are focused on the drive thru don't even go inside.

  On our way to celebrate my wife’s birthday, we stopped at this new location. There seemed to be an issue with the app, as it did not show her birthday reward despite it showing in her email. The drive thru attendant stared at us blankly while we were trying to figure out THEIR app glitch. Then the manager came over and told us there was nothing she could do. She raised her voice at us and showed her mile wide tooth gap, which ultimately scared us off. Not what we were expecting from a manager and definitely not the type of service we typically get at Tropical Smoothie… do better.

  I’m a fast food worker so I try to give some grace, and I wasn’t initially going to write a review, but I think I do need to speak up. The service was okay, I guess, I thought the cafe was okay but hot, and the workers weren’t super friendly but I’ve been that way before. It took 17 minutes to get my smoothie and food, and again it was lunch time so I gave some more grace. I drew the line was getting food poisoning and violently throwing up from the chicken bacon ranch. I always get that CBR and for one it tasted weirder than normal, and two I have never gotten food poisoning from tropical smoothie (multiple locations) before that one. The flatbread as burnt as well. We all have bad days but food poisoning is a whole different thing
