  line took so long, they said they had frostys, at the order area at drive thru, once we got to the window to pay , wr paid then got told theres no frostys and adked if we wanted a refund we said yes, took 5 mins to get a refund, during that five mins we saw them pull out a frosty bag. Our food wasnt right. No mayo that we asked to be added on, no cheese on a cheeseburger and no straw for drink, no dipping sauce that we also asked for.

  I sat in the drive thru for well over 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind. I don’t know what the problem was, but the service should not be this slow.

  I could have raised a baby calf into a beef cow, slaughter it, process it, turn milk into cheese and wheat into burger buns then make my own cheeseburger faster than this horrible Wendy’s could. I can hear the staff laughing through the drive through as I wait a half hour for my food.

  Pop machine didn't work. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Took over 15 minutes to get it. At 1 point they told me my burger is now on the grill. Not the cleanest place I've eaten at.

  My daughter went here Sunday to pickup lunch. She ordered 3 $6 "biggie bags" which was supposed to include nuggets, burger, fries and a drink. She received fries, 2 cold burgers with cold cheese and a drink. The burgers were old and dried out, as were the fries and no nuggets at all. We definitely won't be going back or and suggest that no one go here. Throughly disappointed.
