    Simple order took 15min just to get cold burger. Somewhat polite however not professional. Dirty ketchup stained cup and out of coke. Definitely not fast food.Will not be returning.

    We ordered 20 piece spicy chicken nugget and fries. They asked us to pull up and we did and waited for 15 mins. We going to ask what happen to our order as we see cars pick and leave in second. She stared at us and said she gave it to us. This location needs to pull themselves together. Making customers look like we re lying and staring at us and making us wait is not ok. Management sucks!!

    Was in line for a half hour and then didn’t receive half of my order, then I was told they didn’t even take my order for the stuff that was missing. It just seems like a bunch of kids goofing off in there :/

    When I visited November 6th at 6pm I waited in line for about 20 minutes. The lady who took my order was rude and short with me and didn’t confirm she had my order right before telling me to pull forward. When I pulled forward she had forgotten to ring in one of my drinks, which is fine mistakes happen. The issue is she refused to add it to my order and demanded that I pull around I wait in line again to place another order to fix a mistake she had made. There were roughly 7 cars behind me and she wanted me to get back into like to receive I drink that I had already ordered. It makes 0 sense why the inconvenience should be placed on the customer when a staff member makes a mistake. Additionally, if you are going to be so strict about no add ons at the window, staff should be confirming that they have the order correct before telling you to pull forward. When staff make a mistake they should be happy to fix said mistake, not give a customer attitude and demand you pull around.

    After waiting 30 minutes to NOT get the food we paid for, Matt the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He also refused to resolve the issue.
