    Went through the drive through here on our way home from the airport. When we pulled up there were 2 cars in front of us, but It took more than 10 minutes to order and almost 10 more to get our food. We ordered 2 - 10 piece chicken nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and a medium fry. We figured they had to cook food for the 2 cars in front of us and for our meals. However, our fries were cold and unsalted, the chicken nuggets were cold, and the sandwich was room temp at best. The best part of this entire experience was that I ordered 20 chicken nuggets for 4 kids to split evenly (5 each). As I’m divvying them up I realize I’m short. I’m not talking 1 or 2 nuggets short. We had 6 nuggets in the first 10 piece and 7 in the other. We were 7 nuggets short. We hadn’t left eh parking lot so I ran in to get the situation figured out and the woman who helped me approached me and said, “what?”. When I explained our issue and offered to show her the bag she just said, “oh” with zero emotion. There was no, “I’m sorry” no rush to fix the issues. She simply stood there. When I said, “sorry I’m not counting to be rude but I purchased 20 nuggets so that each of our 4 kids could have 5 and I’m going to have really hungry kids. She just looked at me. Then she turned grabbed 5 nuggets in a small container. When I asked for the other 2 she literally rolled her eyes and went back for them. The new ones were cold too.

    Long lines, wrong order, cold food. There’s dozens of other fast food places on ford road. Pick anything else.

    I'm not even sure how the food is but walked into store 11/30 around 7pm to order. Everyone saw me walk in, not one person spoke. acknowledge that I was standing there or anything. The least you can do is say, "Hi, we are a little busy right now, but we will be right with you." SMFH.
