Made a mobile order and when my boyfriend went to pick up the order they tell him that they were sold out of the Fish and that I could substitute the order or cancel. I couldn’t cancel the order because they had marked it as picked up. They continue to tell him they don’t do refunds and if I wanted a refund to call customer service which I did.
This Wendy’s is the worst. Customer Service sucks the workers are rude and lazy. It’s so hard to find good workers now days. Don’t go to the Wendy’s on Michigan Ave in Canton unless you want terrible service.

Wow. I’ve never had service so rude an food literally SHOVED in my face, before.
It was rainy/misting, so the employees working decided to only open the window a crack when speaking or interacting… which made asking for something like ketchup nearly impossible when the employees working decided to just keep yelling “HUH?!” instead of listening or opening the window more.
Then came the food: a taco salad + 3 burgers, fries, and a drink… all SHOVED into my hands aggressively, so much so that one of the bags ripped in half.
The only thing hot was the fries and the chili. Burgers were ice cold.
I love Wendy’s but never again from this location.. yikes.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. They have the absolute worst customer service I've experienced. After waiting almost ten minutes for fresh fries, as the only customer in the entire place, we were then handed soggy like warm fries. When we approached the window and explained that the fries were terrible and we just wanted a refund, the worker then shut the door and went and grabbed new fries. We kindly said we do not wish to have the fries as you just gave us "fresh" fries which were completely disgusting. The worker then proceeded to bug us to just take the fries. Again we stated we did not want the fries and were then told "Well we don't do refunds." I said yes you do and I have every right to get a refund when the food was not up to satisfactory standards. I paid almost 12$ for a number eleven and I wanted a refund. She then proceeded to tell us that her card was broken so she doesn't know what to tell us. I continued to say yes I am allowed a refund so can I speak to the manager please. She says " I am the manager. My cards broken and you aren't getting a refund." I then said what's your name and she continues to say " I don't have a name." The name on the receipt was allonah. After I said I was going to record the interaction she slammed the window in my face and locked in. A few minutes went by and the other worker in a black shirt said you need to leave. I said gladly with a refund. I then was told if I demand a refund I'll have to come back tomorrow because the GM doesn't allow refunds and to leave immediately. We leave.... However I will be returning in the morning bright and early with the food and my receipt. This was just completely ridiculous and uncalled for. I wouldn't of needed a refund if the food had been made correctly.

Went through the drive-thru at Wendy's in Canton on Michigan Ave I order a #8 eight the night manager there told me to pull up to the front of the entrance door because they did not have fries ready I waited over 5 minutes and finally drove back around back to the speaker I told her I would just like a refund is taking too long she said oh your fries are done I pulled to the window grab the bag as I was pulling off a taste a french fry they were warm and old so I drove around straight to the window and ask for a refund she said she cannot give me a refund because her badge don't work she went to the back and grabbed some fresh french fries and said here I told her I do not want the fries anymore I just want my refund she kept refusing with a snotty mouth and she kept saying she does not have a name ..lol sweetheart the name is on the receipt I tried to call corporate but they were closed so I'm keeping the food until tomorrow morning and I'm taking it right back up there to get my refund horrible service horrible. And then she begged me to take the french fries she kept saying please please and I kept telling her I just want my refund she said we don't do refunds..SMH.. it's not letting me post a picture of my receipt but (the manager name is Alonnah)

Id give 0 stars if possible! Placed a mobile order, waited over 25 minutes to receive it. Then I had ordered another take out order for my kids at home. My daughter and I waited 30 minutes before a young man (only nice one in the whole building) asked if I was waiting for something. I informed him that I was waiting for my other mobile order. They then told me they couldn't find it and then said they had found it, but it wasnt my 2nd mobile order. They just re-made my first order. Which I didnt realize until I got home. I called to inform them they made me the wrong order and was just told rudely to bring back the food order that was just re made and they would re make the correct order. I would NEVER go back to this ghetto location and I recommend people choose another Wendys as well because this store (#7778) was not it at all. I will be contacting corporate.
