    Id give 0 stars if possible! Placed a mobile order, waited over 25 minutes to receive it. Then I had ordered another take out order for my kids at home. My daughter and I waited 30 minutes before a young man (only nice one in the whole building) asked if I was waiting for something. I informed him that I was waiting for my other mobile order. They then told me they couldn't find it and then said they had found it, but it wasnt my 2nd mobile order. They just re-made my first order. Which I didnt realize until I got home. I called to inform them they made me the wrong order and was just told rudely to bring back the food order that was just re made and they would re make the correct order. I would NEVER go back to this ghetto location and I recommend people choose another Wendys as well because this store (#7778) was not it at all. I will be contacting corporate.

    Food was cold and old tasting and they gave me the wrong order. $23 wasted. If I wasn't so far away. I would go back and get my money! Very nice customer service gave 5 stars. The food was awful, the Canton location on Michigan Ave...

    The staff was very rude. They forgot our receipt and they made us wait 10-15 minutes for our food ridiculous. The food was okay. The building looked nice enough.

    Went here and waited. Seven minutes to be served then food was cold and they forgot all of our sauces. Never coming back again horrible attitude of servers also

    Rude service. I rarely come on here to complain, I like to leave positive reviews but this is the third time that I came here and told them their menu wasn’t set up to the right time of day and was told well what do you want since I don’t need the menu to know, just to be told we don’t have that
