  Smoothies are always great. I love coming here. Ziggy was awesome also. He was friendly and courteous. Great customer service. I've visited other stores but this one is by far the best

  I’m a fast food worker so I try to give some grace, and I wasn’t initially going to write a review, but I think I do need to speak up. The service was okay, I guess, I thought the cafe was okay but hot, and the workers weren’t super friendly but I’ve been that way before. It took 17 minutes to get my smoothie and food, and again it was lunch time so I gave some more grace. I drew the line was getting food poisoning and violently throwing up from the chicken bacon ranch. I always get that CBR and for one it tasted weirder than normal, and two I have never gotten food poisoning from tropical smoothie (multiple locations) before that one. The flatbread as burnt as well. We all have bad days but food poisoning is a whole different thing

  The management here is wonderful. You’re always served with a smile and as they stay busy, they stay engaged with the guests! Very welcoming environment, and of course GREAT SMOOTHIES and water!!

  Staff at the Canton location was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. No long wait times and they made everything quickly.

  Drive thru order Order ID: 61036036106285 Date: 2/27/26 Time: 12:30pm I ordered a Paradise Point smoothie and a Caribbean Jerk wrap. They gave me a Peanut Paradise smoothie, thank goodness I wasnt allergic! It was gross and not what I wanted. Unfortunately it was lunch rush and I needed to get back to work. At least I still had a wrap right? The rice and chicken was cold! I couldn't believe it. I wont be coming back to this location.
