  If i could leave 0 stars i would but unfortunately that's not an option. I went into the 4973 Beck Road location in Canton paid for a drink that was $13 I had three portions of whey protein included in my drink they didn't fill up my cup with the residual amount that was remaining in the blender I am on a liquid diet so protein is what I survive off of and they told me that I couldn't have the residual that was in the blender that I paid for. Any other location gives me the residual without any questions asked but apparently I can't at this one first time at this new location and also my last time what a joke

  This location is amazing! The staff is friendly, the smoothies are always delicious and it is clean! I have a pineapple allergy and they always make sure I am safe. There are 3 locations closer to my home but I will always go out of my way to come here!

  This was my first experience at this location and it was wonderful, all workers on shift greeted me when I walked in. Not to mention my smoothie is amazing! I’m So excited this location opened in the area! No more 20 min drives for a great smoothie!

  I have been to plenty tropical smoothies in the past, you could say I’m obsessed! I was at the grand opening and personally loved the vibes of the staff. They are so friendly and even said hello to everyone as soon as they walked in. What I really liked was that I met the owner and the district managers and they were so helpful and friendly, it felt very welcoming. The food was good; I got a peanut butter flatbread (best thing ever)! With a new store opening I am glad it is in good hands!

  So you all know I’m going to give the real when it comes to a review and Max Watzel needs to hear about this. On the grand opening on the new Canton store on Beck road, I purchased a smoothie. I was in a hurry to make it to the mall for a trip I had the next morning. I put my drink in the cup holder as I was driving I picked it up. The drink was leaking it had a hole in it. My cup holder was full the drink got all over my clothes and car. I was such in a rush I blow it off until I returned today. I spoke to VP of the store Jessica who said she was in charge of the store. I showed her my car with the green smoothie all over it. Instead of taking my word and the car she looked up video and said no we gave you the smoothie and once it was in your car it’s on you and then said I can look at the video if I want to. I had a leak in the cup and since I didn’t come back up there she acted as if I was lying but you can clearly see green smoothie all over the vehicle. Only a crazy person would do that purposely. I spend too much money at tropical smoothie to get a nasty nice audio and not even an apology. To run to the video to tell me the time I came and exited don’t account for the ruin clothing or car I have to get washed. She has no people skills or customer service skills I don’t know how she got the role maybe just book smart. I make to much to try to get a free smoothie the least she could have did was given me a replacement. They see by my account I’m not pressed I always go there and tip every time. I don’t like the way it was handled and be careful going there. 1 star. Jessica was horrible if you could hear this snob voice I add it this too.
