I was in line today and the lady in front of me kept changing her mind, ordered and then saw a sign for some new drinks, she changed again. The cashier (Deven) was patient, professional and answered all her questions. As always, great customer service!!

- HDHarley DavidsonFeb 6, 20262.0As a long-time patron of Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea, I was very surprised and disappointed by the treatment I received during my recent visit. I stopped in one evening to work. The café was not busy, yet upon entering I was not greeted as I normally am. I approached the counter to place my order, and the employee, Deven, did not acknowledge me or ask for my order. We stood in silence until Deven finally murmured a barely audible “hi.” Because I was pressed for time, I went ahead and placed my order instead of waiting for engagement. While my tea was being prepared, a couple entered the café and were greeted loudly and warmly — noticeably different from my experience. After settling in to work and allowing my tea to cool, I took a sip and immediately noticed it tasted sour and nothing like the tea I have consistently ordered for over eight years. It was undrinkable and concerning. When I finished working, I requested a refund. I have been a loyal customer since Sweetwaters’ early days, so this experience was especially disheartening. I expect respectful service and consistent quality, and unfortunately this visit fell far short of that.

Sweetwaters coffees are grown around the world from Latin America to Asia. We only use the highest quality arabica beans which are custom blended & roasted to bring out the best in the beans' flavor, body, & acidity. Our founders, Wei & Lisa, grew up with many wonderful teas and used their knowledge & Asian heritage to select unique & exquisite-tasting teas from as far as China, Japan, India, S. Africa & Egypt.

Sweetwaters offers several Fair Trade and organic coffees such as our Midnight Blend, Arbor Ypsi Blend, Red Moon, and various seasonal coffees. Our teas are whole-leaf teas. We use premium real ingredients for specialty teas such as Matcha, Chai, Thai Iced Tea, Ginger Lemon Tea, & Ginger Raspberry Tea
