Just letting you this corporation know that the Canton, Michigan location )Ford Rd) customer service is very HORRIBLE. Their workers and the lady whom was fair skinned Blk lady suggested for me to leave state “You can leave” as what appeared to be frustration upon the gentleman who wore glasses ,tall fair skinned who prepared my bowl and never given me a chance to give my burrrii nor make my order. As I repeated and inquired for sn burrito he was staring at someone confusing the customer next to me whereas the customer didn’t know if he was preparing my food or his. As a suggestion that location needs training on customer service and in patience when there’s a crowd. I really was looking forward to a nice meal from this establishment, nevertheless their postures and positions said other wise and for the woman who appeared to been then manager suggested for me to leave was uncalled for. I rarely leave reviews nevertheless the manager attitude and the Male server wasn’t professional at all. That location needs to get some better training.

I was served food containing cilantro that was green but clearly slimy/silky, which is a known sign of spoilage. I unfortunately ate some of it before realizing. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was not believed and my concern was dismissed instead of being taken seriously. As someone who is 36 weeks pregnant, this was frightening and stressful. After being brushed off, I told them “good luck”, because if anything happens to me or my baby due to this, that responsibility will be on them. Food safety is not subjective. Serving spoiled ingredients and refusing to acknowledge a legitimate concern shows a serious lack of accountability and care for customers’ health. I would strongly caution others — especially pregnant customers — to be careful.

Workers need to have a cleanly working environment for themselves and customers. Looking at recent reviews I’m clearly not the only one as other people have said this as well. Very disappointing because I have been here before and it’s not always like this. However you guys need to do better, I had to eat at chipotle instead after leaving this place, due to the smell. Just bad experience overall.
