    This is definitely the worst McDonald’s in the area. I’ve sat at the drive thru and received no response. Another time they gave my drink to another customer and I had to pull over and wait forever for a replacement. The final straw is that I’ve ordered delivery twice from these guys and both times food was missing. The first time all the hash browns and then all the sandwiches. I got a refund but I’d rather have the food.

    I was sitting at the speaker in one of the drive-thru lanes & watched 3 cars at the other drive-thru lane get helped before me. I finally said “hello?” I don’t know how that works - if they could hear me or not - but then a man responded to me & asked me for my order. I let him know that I ordered ahead & gave him my code. He was having a hard time locating it before telling me that I ordered at a different location. That’s my mistake but I asked if I could place an order instead so I didn’t have to go to another location but he was already back to helping the other drive-thru. The only time I’ll ever go to this location again is if it is by accident.

    Every time I come here the service is rude, slow, and set up to make you feel drained. If you go through the drive thru it takes at least 15 minutes even if there are only one or two cars in the line because they just simply will not take orders. Almost every time after I pull up to the window and pay I see them laughing and messing around in the back no matter who it is MOST of the employees at any time of the day ignore the drive thru and are messing around in the back playing on their cell phones or when you get to the second window and they almost drop your drink because they are on their cell phones. I figured going inside was the way but since there is no self service pop machine you have to wait for them which takes almost twice as long. ALL the employees neglect the front counter every time I enter their lobby, i try using the self service order but I still have to wait for them to give me my order which is usually just a drink. Usually after 15-20 minutes of waiting I finally get my water down pop and mind you if I try to ask for it as I can see it just sitting right there as a machine pours it so my drink is sitting there with no lid for over at least 15 minutes almost every time but if i try asking for it i usually get met with very rude responses that were not needed as I never have once been rude and have always tried to be understanding but honestly this place is completely unprofessional and the way they handle guest service even concerns me with how they handle food safety don’t come here this place is unprofessional and ran terribly it needs to be shutdown

    Terrible service from both workers at the Window. Waited in line to order over 20min, then the girl wouldn’t let me use the code to redeem my kids free happy meal bc it expired from waiting so long in line. She took it upon herself to assume I was driving off. Then yelled to her team members that we didn’t drive off after we left the 1st window, only to have the next chick throw our food at us with an attitude like we did something to her. Didn’t even speak or confirm she had the right order, just keep handing the food through the window saying here as if we weren't already trying to grab the food from her. Smh. Unreal And the food was nasty

    Decided to get my daughter breakfast and a frappe today before school, looked over at the employee (Susan) as she was making it and she had gotten chocolate from the frappe on her fingers she licked the chocolate off of her fingers and proceeded to make my frappe when I told the manager (Laura) she did not make her wash her hands all she did was put a glove on and continue to make them with an attitude as if I ruined her day by telling her she was wrong. This is completely nasty especially with everything that is going on nowadays, I was there to see her lick her fingers I can only imagine how much food she handles daily licking her fingers.
