  Disappointing service and constant mistakes ​It is a shame to write this because we used to love coming here, but the service has declined significantly. Recently, my husband’s order was completely wrong: burger sizes were incorrect, Happy Meal toys were missing, and the milks were not included. ​During our most recent visit, we intended to dine in, but the experience was even worse. The lady at the counter was in a terrible mood. Despite the "table service" policy, she simply yelled our table number and left the food on the counter. When I checked my order, my drink was wrong (plain unsweetened tea instead of tea with lemonade). When I pointed it out and showed my receipt, she made a rude face and asked someone else to fix it. ​At that point, we decided to leave. When I asked for a bag, she made more faces and ignored me, asking another coworker to get it. I then asked another staff member for a drink carrier and was completely ignored. I had to wait for the same rude lady to return; she eventually slammed the tray on the counter with a very bad attitude. ​It’s disappointing that you can't ask for basic service without staff getting annoyed. Between the constant mistakes with orders and the hostile environment, we won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  I placed my order in the app as I was driving up to the McDs on Michigan Ave. My order was ready a few minutes after I received my drinks from the 2nd window.

  The night shift is the absolute slowest service I've ever received at any McDonald's I've ever been to. It's beyond ridiculous!!!!!!

  Hands down fresh fast and friendly. I added a small fry no problems added received just as fast as I pulled up. Just like the movie. Like for real. Will go back no prob.

  I didn't receive all of my food the meals was in the bag but we added in a quarter pounder with cheese and we did not receive it I called they answered they said hold on then it hung up I tried calling back multiple times and I can't get a hold of them
