DISGUSTING 🫣 whoever works evening shift needs to be fired ASAP, never have issues when i order for lunch. ordered BLT and pasta salad through uber eats and the sub didnt have any lettuce on it or anything I customized and paid extra for. Uber eats wont do anything about it Literally a bacon and mayo sandwich. And the pasta salad was hardly a decent portion either

Very disappointed. We don’t get Jimmy John’s often, because it’s not very close. But last night I was eager to try the pickle which. I drove nearly 25 minutes to pick up dinner and came home to this… I asked for no lettuce or tomato, but where is the meat?!? Seriously???? Dinner fail. Not worth the drive.

Charged my wife two times for one order, and TWICE blew it off, refusing to accept responsibility for the error (once through the store manager and once through the regional manager), as if *we* were out of line for asking them to refund the second charge. Will not return to this branch, and urge everyone else to stay away!! Keep your money!!
