  I gave a 4 star because I ordered the new Gyro sandwich and it tasted like lettuce in a pita. If you look very close there is actually meat in the sandwich. I ordered without cucumbers and onions. So very disappointed. 12 dollars was a wasted. I'm being quite honest here. Jimmy Johns should stick to the regular sub sandwiches and let the Greeks specialize in Gyros. The gentleman that took care of me was very fast and gave me good service (the tall guy).

  March 5, 2026 around 8:30pm Stopped by the Jimmy John’s on Ford Rd in Canton and had a great experience(several visits). The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked fast while still making sure everything was perfect. My sub was fresh, delicious, and exactly how I ordered it. You can tell the team here really cares about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. It’s always nice to walk into a place where the employees are positive and helpful. If you’re in the Canton area and want a quick, fresh sub with great service, this Jimmy John’s is definitely worth the trip!!!

  Ordered 3 items, two of them with simple modifications and they were wrong. Very disappointed.
