I placed an order on the JJ app tonight for dinner. Nearly an hour went by and I did not get notification about my food. I called the restaurant and asked about my order and was simply told my food was out for delivery. Once the delivery driver arrived we were given the wrong food. It was not even our order. I called the store location to let them know I received someone else's order. They told me that they cannot replace it as Uber delivered it, which was never disclosed to me in the first place. I purposely ordered from JJ to avoid using a door dash or Uber, in which I do not even have an account with.They were aware I received the wrong order as the other person who received mine also called them to report it. They said they could not remake my food or have it redelivered and that at this point it's out of their hands and I would need to call Uber. I asked why would I need to call Uber when I did not order through them or pay them to deliver; I paid JJ not a third party. The store then kept saying sorry they cannot remake it (even though both customers, myself and the other person reported we got the wrong orders) and would not call Uber to redeliver the correct orders. I was told I had to pay AGAIN, if I wanted my food. This was horrible customer service and I will never order from this location again and would not recommend it. Do your customers a favor and tell them when you are passing their orders off to a third party. This is not what people pay for when they order directly from your store. So not only am I out nearly $30, but also no food. I had to order from another restaraunt and spend more money and wait more time.

We don’t normally order from here, but did because we had a gift card… the photo of the lettuce speaks for itself.

Ordered 3 subs very clearly, girl making the subs sighed and rolled her eyes when ordering the second one. Very unfriendly, only 2 subs came and when I stated I had ordered 3 they sighed again and said only 2 were put in. We were the only ones in there but they acted like it was a huge inconvenience we ordered food even though there was like 4-5 workers there standing around.

Great place to eat, delivery sucks. Called to inform them it’s been 45 minutes since I called and he said it’s on it’s way.
