The bag was missing one burger and the fries was nothing like what I would expect. After calling the store they informed they could cook another burger or give it as a credit for a future visit. Really??? I’m not going to drive back to your store! You should offer delivering it for free! But according to the attendant they won’t do delivery as a “corporate direction”. If I’ve ordered four burgers it probably because I have four people willing for food, and willing to have a meal together and *at the same time*! Your “corporate direction” made you lose a customer.

There isn't a freezer in any Five Guys, so , I think it's worth it. Please they take allergies seriously, which is something I need.
