I tried talking to the gentleman that was at the cash register and he started arguing with me. Tells me that espresso shot is never on the label but every other time I’ve ordered it’s on the label. He told me that it’s in there just paste it I asked him to remake it and I was denied. Then he went and got the manager and told me that they’re not allowed to make it without ice and I said yesterday I came in and I’ve always asked with or without ice just sometimes I don’t want it. He told me I’m not allowed to order it that way and I’m not allowed to ask for a very little ice and that he has to make it his way. I have never heard of that crap before ever. I always deal with the ladies in the evening, but after today, I will never be coming back and I’m going to tell everyone.

The way it looks so disgusting and unprofessional way representing Dunkin donuts company.
