  today me and my friend decided to place a pick up order we went through the drive-through the girl working the drive-through had her back turned to us and an airpod in and kept asking us to repeat what we had said. She then decided to close the window and mumble “speak up”to us. which is very rude if you do not know how to talk to people, you should not be working in customer service The worst part was after I ate my bowl I found a hair in my food!! and on top of that our chips were stale and very hard to eat after this experience i will not be going back to this chipotle.

  I ordered a vegetarian bowl and it had chicken mixed in with it. Chipotle is supposed to be one of the good places for vegetarians but apparently not.

  Nautica 8pm thrusday night 2/12 drive thru window You and your coworker need a raise.. you are amazing...!!! MANAGER THEY NEED A PAID DAY OFF 😆 She was super respectful even tho she was super busy... they got them order packed and that line down fast... And gave me a free drink.

  LOOK AT ALL THE POOR REVIEWS!!! My wife and I are currently observing the Daniel Fast for the month of January, which means we are eating a vegetarian, whole-foods diet with no alcohol and no caffeine. Chipotle has always seemed like a great option for that kind of meal, at least in our opinion. Earlier this month, my wife and I went to the Chipotle on Ford Road in Canton for lunch on a Tuesday. When we finally got to the front of the line, we were told they had no vegetables at all—no avocado, no fajita veggies, nothing. There was no apology and no indication of when vegetables would be available again, so we walked out and headed to a local restaurant called Shisho Palace instead. Shisho Palace was a completely different experience. They were extremely accommodating and polite, and the grape leaves, lentil soup, and the rest of the food were excellent. They handled our dietary restrictions without any issue, and we left very impressed. If you have not eaten there yet, it is worth your time to give them a try. We decided to give that same Chipotle another chance the next day, on Wednesday. Again, there was no avocado and essentially no way for us to get a meal that fit our Daniel Fast guidelines, so once more we left without being served. At this point, that particular Chipotle is off my list; there are simply too many other restaurants in the area that provide better service and actually seem to care about what they are doing. I reached out to Chipotle’s customer service and have not received any response, which makes me suspect they are getting a high volume of complaints. Given the service and operational issues we experienced, if you own Chipotle stock, this might be a good time to consider selling. Recent analyses have already highlighted concerns about slowing same-store sales growth and questions about whether the stock still justifies its premium valuation.
