We were ignored by the other 3 employees for a few minutes. A fifth employee walked out from the back and asked us to give them a minute. We decided we would rather give that minute to Jersey Mike’s. It doesn’t take much to acknowledge customers. This place has gotten worse the past few times I have been there.

This team is running so smooth, has great communication, has ample respect for team members and customers. The manager is constantly there to encourage everyone while pitching in heavily. Every team member appeared motivated and happy to be there. For the crazy rush pre-thanksgiving day, this deserves way more stars than possible here. Thank you for serving us all delicious meals.
