Portion size is too small for the price. I’ve been to several of Cava locations including Detroit, & many in Florida.. I have never had to ask for extra rice at any location but this one .. & when you agree to pay extra for another scoop they still skimp you.

Canton location is constantly out of ingredients and this is my second time coming and they don’t have pita chips . I asked “Angel “ the manager on duty why are they constantly running out of things and more specifically the pita chips . She tells me with a nasty attitude that’s not my responsibility and that it’s a high demand for the chips . Like huh ? Olgas would never run out of snackers . Her attitude and her lack of concern was appalling. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know what to tell me . The rest of the staff is always friendly and the bowls that i always get are fine . Corporate contact me please!

We are so happy to have a CAVA near us in Canton and another location soon in Novi. We just moved back to Michigan from Tennessee, and CAVA was a favorite of ours in Tennessee. We highly recommend you visit the CAVA in Canton or Novi. Great, healthy food and wonderful service. Looking forward to our next visit.

Bowls are delicious, but the in store ordering and payment process could be optimized a little better. Three specific examples. 1. We ordered the Harissa chicken and the garlicy chicken bowls as they are, so the servers were using the specific recipe card for each bowl. But as the line moved on, the servers mixed up the bowl and the card pairing with the bowls ordered by the customer in front of us. 2. The server at the start of the building pipeline would frequently jump to the end of the pipeline to get stuff or fix things for their coworkers 3. The cashier at the end of the pipeline also get pulled out to prepare food so withholding the payment process. All three examples combined on a busy day would put the pipeline on hold and creating a bit of a chaotic scene in front of all the waiting customers.

I visited Cava on Saturday, November 1st around the 5pm dinner rush and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Because I'd been there about 4 prior times, it was evident that they hired a new manager. I dont know her name but I was very impressed and could immediately tell the difference because the line moved with efficiency and there werent unnecessary delays caused by staff disorganization, as previously encountered. Because I work in executive management and recognized how smooth things were going while she worked the line and gave instruction to other staff, I asked her, "are you the manager" and she replied "yes, one of them" and I said "I can tell" and without saying anything else, I simply smiled and continued on with my order. I dont know who that woman was but she was on her j-o-b! Each of my 4 prior visits were nearly exhausting with slow service, disorganization, and what appeared to be no logical reason for the back ups. And the dining area seemingly had not been cleaned in a while, as random napkins and debris was usually strolled about. If ownership sees this, I extend my sincere thank-you to your team for hiring competent management. It surely makes a difference in your customer service response, especially when it appears that the majority of your staff are young people who might not have extensive employment and/or management experience. Please keep this manager as long as possible. If she leaves I may have to find another location. Her presence made a big difference.
