I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered two bowls, and when I got home I realized one entire bowl was missing and the other one was completely wrong. I came back to the store to let them know, and instead of apologizing and fixing it kindly, I was met with attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything extra just the correct order that I paid for. Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled made it worse. Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable for simply wanting what they spent their money on. Really disappointed.

The food is absolutely delicious! You can build your own pita or bowl or choose from a variety of suggestions. The atmosphere is nice and casual and the service is good. Definitely in my list of favorites. 😁

I went in again today 2/23 and had another amazing experience. Top notch management and very kind crew. Delicious food served with a smile.

I went in to this location for the first time today. Upon entering, I overheard the associate naming a number of items they were out of at that moment. This was disheartening, especially since it was only 12:30 p.m. They were out of cucumbers and cheese, the toppings I wanted. I still patronized the business, but the bowl was nowhere near what I thought it would have been, based on conversations I had with other people.

Got to be the saddest operation I’ve ever seen. Both the GM and Manager were on site and I still waited 30 minutes door to door. They were out of half the product, the staff that was in front were exhausted and overwhelmed, a clear sign for management to step in and help (they had one person on the line and one on register) and the only time I saw the GM was when he went into the walk-in cooler! The young lady Jazmon that was helping me was doing her best with what she had and I applaud her, probably the only positive about this place.
