  My recent visit was a letdown. I've been here multiple times before and had good experiences, but not this time. The line was long, and I waited about ten minutes, which isn't normal for this location. However, with many staff members visible, I expected better efficiency. When I placed my order, I was told the chicken wasn't ready and would take about eleven minutes. The staff member checked again and came back to inform me they were out of chicken. I found this unacceptable, having waited all that time. The people behind me were also frustrated, and we all ended up leaving. In my view, this incident highlights poor management, and I won't be returning.

  CAVA is usually a five star experience, with plenty of great options. This location seems to be in trouble. Soda fountain is broken. Non soda drinks are very sweet. Chicken sold out... Ridiculously long wait time, whether in person or ordering online. Staff appear to be trying to do something? but struggling nonetheless. Like there are more people in line than dining lol. Every other CAVA I have been to is the opposite, its so busy its hard to find somewhere to sit and I often share a table. Hopefully this gets going because the food is good but the experience makes it not worth it.

  This place is a mess. The service is slow, the workers seem like they have no idea what’s going on every single time I go and they are always running out of sauces/ ingredients. It’s really disappointing because I love cava from living in Dallas and was so excited it opened here, but the experience every time is truly awful. On the other hand- the food is inconsistent, some days it’s good, some days it’s bad and you never know what you’re gonna get. I will definitely be going to the Novi location more, I went there once and they were fast, efficient and the food was delicious.

  I love cava and will go out of my way to eat there when possible, but this was an incredibly disappointing experience. First, they were out of everything but lamb and falafel for protein, but didn’t think to mention that before starting to order. Then, they were out of every drink except root beer, and guess what - failed to mention that at the register too. I will never be back to this cava. Terrible, disappointing experience all-around. Wouldn’t be surprised if they close in the next few months with how terribly it’s run.

  I want to like this place but I've visited this place 4 times and it is always disappointing. The first time it had just opened and the workers and flow of ordering was just uneasy for a person having Cava for the first time ever. The second time the steak wasn't ready and many were waiting for steak for a while. That time though the food was good. The third time there was no chicken prepared! I went yesterday and there was 3 workers working. I ordered garlicky shawarma bowl and requested the fiery broccoli that is advertised on the bowl only to be told "it's not made" WTH. Then when I walked in both trash cans were over flowing. Just nasty! I also was hoping to get the cucumber drink but there was literally 1 flavor of lemonade prepared. It's honestly hard to watch this place be like. The local Mediterranean spots are definitely a better option.
