  Forever to get drink refills. We stopped eating our food because we were so thirsty. I’m talking non-alcoholic drinks like soda and water. Food was pretty good, but won’t return due to really slow service. Waited so long for drinks I left the table and politely asked another server to send our server over because we were so thirsty. 6 minutes later I calmly and politely asked for the manager. They were very polite back but it’s a shame it took so long.

  I always have an amazing time whenever I come here. I always get seated within a reasonable amount of time and their staff are all super polite. I always get the rib-eye medium rare whenever I go because it is so good. Their bread is amazing, as well as their mozzarella sticks. All around I have never had a bad experience here. The last time I was there, they accidentally brought the wrong dish to my table, but they let us keep it instead of them throwing it away which was very nice.

  The restaurant was beautiful and the server was amazing. She tried so hard to make it right with the food, but it did not taste good and smelled off. My 7 year old daughter and I spent the night so sick we ended up in the ER. Not the best way to start the new year. Now we get to wait till corporate comes in to work and feels like addressing this and the horrific experience I paid $100 for....SMH Blooming Brands and Carrabbas Grill...

  As any chain restaurant, nothing impressive. Silverware not clean enough ,we had to wipe it with the napkin. I don't know why nobody polishes the silverware .It gives you that first impression. I had a glass of wine,wife water. With the wine they gave me on a small wooden tray little pieces of salami,cheese, bread, and jam. Idea is great. But execution was disaster. That thing was stale, who knows for how long . Cheese and bread was hard rock. But that's what happens with chain restaurants..nobody cares about anything In there. The food was okay, chicken and sauce was only thing I liked. Unfortunately mashed potatoes, they run out of it so the offered pasta with no flavor at all. Wife had steak which was not bad, and broccoli. Soup presented more like a stew. Desert tasted plain. Terrible experience and expensive. For 2 dishes glass of wine and 1 desert the bill was $109 , without tip. Skip this place if no other choices.

  Tried calling in on 12/27 at around 6:30PM to the Canton, MI location, but was unable to reach management. We’re genuinely concerned about the portion sizes in comparison to prices at Carrabba’s. We ordered two days in a row; once on 12/26 and this evening. Both times, we added plain fettuccine as a side. Yesterday, this side was $2.99 because it was added to an entree and came in a small round paper cup. Today, this side was $7.29 as a stand-alone and came in a plastic rectangular container. The glaring issue is that there was no difference in the amount of noodles between both visits. Why is there such a difference in price yet the amount of food is the same? Additionally, the plain fettuccine from tonight had what looked to be small pieces of other food mixed in (which we picked out). Very unappealing. After spending $75 total for both visits, we’ll likely not patronize this location again.
