  Family dinner success. We loved the winter special pasta and sangria flavors. Kids (3&5) enjoyed spaghetti meatballs and chicken fingers with lemonade. Thanks to our server Mr. Flight for special & attentive service. We'll visiting again soon !

  The service was phenomenal from flight. He was professional,attentive, fast, and it was a great experience. The food and overall experience was great. Thank you, We will be back again.

  We were seated right next to the kitchen where all the servers were working and a manager yelling orders to the chefs although there were lots of open tables and no line. I had Carrabba Fettucine which I have been getting for years and years since my favorite. Was very dry with no sauce. Asked for additional sauce and took a long time to get then when arrived was basically warm milk with a bit of Parmesan. Also the chicken was very dry. I ate a few bites and put rest in the garbage when I got home. My husband had Tuscan Chicken with a side of spaghetti. His chicken also dry and there was next to no sauce in the spaghetti. They were basically colored noodles. Servers were very nice and not their fault. After all these years, we won’t be back. 😞

  I’ve always been a fan of Carrabba’s—from their flavorful chicken parm to indulgent chocolate martinis and typically excellent service. Unfortunately, our visit this past Sunday didn’t live up to those expectations. When my partner and I arrived, the three hosts at the front seemed noticeably disengaged, almost as if our presence was an inconvenience. Still, we were seated quickly since the restaurant wasn’t busy, aside from a large party that would later be cited as the reason for our delayed meal. My partner ordered his usual lasagna, and I went with my standby, the chicken parmigiana. Our server was courteous but not particularly attentive. She did check in a few times, mostly to say, “Your food is coming up,” but the wait felt excessive. When our meals finally arrived, the quality was disappointing. The lasagna portion was unusually small and looked dried out. My chicken parm was visibly burnt, one fillet had cheese that appeared scraped off and replaced, while the other was overdone and blackened. I tried salvaging the dish by trimming the burnt underside, but it was too dry and tasted scorched. The pasta with meat sauce, however, was quite good. Our server noticed the untouched chicken and kindly offered to remake it, but by then we’d waited long enough and my partner had already finished his meal. She did remove the chicken parm from our bill, which I appreciated, though I had eaten the spaghetti portion. I understand that delays and occasional kitchen mishaps happen. What bothered me wasn’t the wait or the need to remake a dish, it was the attempt to serve something clearly subpar as if it were acceptable. That’s what left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Everyone has off days, and I’m hopeful this was just one of them. I’ll return to Carrabba’s again, but this experience was a letdown from a place I usually enjoy.

  This place sure makes the customer feel attended to... There are several different people that brought various things to my table in very short order. But 2 stood out above the rest. First, and by far, the best server I've ever had, at a restaurant, anywhere. I would like to recognize Maddie H. After seating me , she quickly got my drink. Then she patiently took the time to explain nearly the entire menu to me when I was asking questions. She made me feel welcome. She made me feel at home. She checked on me often enough where I never had time to even look around for her. She was always there with a kind word or a pleasant comment and made the whole experience better. Keep this one... she's an amazing server. Secondly, Kayla was responsible for either drinks or food, but she was friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. I was actually surprised to learn that she wasn't a server, but only an assistant. Sometimes when you're just expecting normal, you're surprised by the extraordinary. What an amazing experience at this Carrabba's in Canton.
