The issue is we waited for a while (understandable) but my food had clearly been ready for a while before the rest of the table because mine was cold and everyone else had warm food. It was pretty disappointing to wait and then have cold food. Just ended up taking them home and eating them later.

When I went to the location to pick up the food, they said their system is down and the orders are taking a lot longer with no estimate on time. I had a toddler with me who was hungry so I said I cannot wait that long and asked for a refund. The lady at the pickup counter said they will call later to give me a refund. At that time they didn't even have my phone number but without knowing that the lady promises. She has no apology to offer whatsoever and explains this wasn't their fault. I argued if the system was down they shouldn't have taken my order. The lady replies without any empathy that the online orders aren't in their control- again no apology.
