  Can't sit in the bar because you can't put two tables together to accommodate 6. You must be seated... so not a bar. Every drink ordered came back as "We are out of....." Service slow. Never go there.

  A friend and I received the COLDEST cup of coffee when we ordered it. That was so disappointing because, the coffee was actually pretty good! When asked for a fresh cup, I was told the coffee maker is broken. My waitress was very forgetful with everything . She had to be reminded several times about spoons, forks, and basic utensils… she was more lively when I asked about her nails. As a former waitress and bartender, I’m a little disappointed in the service I received. She should be retrained on basic waitressing and customer service. Key, the young man we asked for fresh coffee. Was very helpful and should be promoted to wait staff.

  There is actual CCTV footage of me, yelling "hello" and waving my arms back and forth, in order to try and get ANY servers attention (while watching a server talk) - it didn't work. Our food came out lukewarm for the absolute hottest item, everything else was quite literally cold. The wait staff was distributed out across the restaurant, raising questions to who is arranging their sections (bad management?) or if these wait staff are just doing whatever? But it didn't make much sense to me how tables across the restaurant belong to the same server, seeing how this was obviously causing a delay in service. The service was slow and did not meet minimum expectations (we had to wait multiple times for refills,table was not cleared at all during the meal) The food was cold, which was disappointing. Then the wait- even though it was relatively empty upon arrival, we still waited ages for appetizer, entree, then a subsequent 20+ minutes for replacement food- it's up for debate whether it's a management or wait staff issue, but I'd save your money and time, to find a hot meal elsewhere. We watched other diners walk out before being sat, or before being served due to the wait while it was not a peak time (Sunday 8-10pm
