    Order to drive through in the stampless very friendly and helpful and get our food out ready fast cuz it was still warm enough to eat.

    This evening my family and I decided that we wanted Arby's for dinner. We decided to go to the canton location to order it through the drive thru because usually it is a good location in our experience... until tonight! We got there at like 9:15 pm and they close at 1 am. There was no customers at all so we place our order and yes it was a good size order, we are told our total and told to pull forward. We get to the window to pay and were greeted with the worst attitude ever! The guy at the drive thru window did mit seem like he wanted to deal with customers at all, the guy snatched my husbands card out of his hand. When he gave it back my husband said thank you and got an eye roll from the employee. Then when are food was ready he gave my husband our bags and my husband said thank you again and apologized for the big order and again got an eye roll and the window slammed in his face with the employee saying something we could not hear but the look one the other employees face showed that whatever the guy said was not appropriate. This will be the last time we visit that location and if the rude employee sees this, I hope whatever you have going on in your life that caused you to be so rude for no reason gets better.
