- TWTracy Washington4 days ago3.0The manager continues to be condescending and Rude., I ordered the 8.00 breakfast spec and forgot to add iced coffee. When I got there, the y had the sandwich and an empty cup. I asked what happened to the iced coffee? They said you get the hot coffee yourself and add ice. I asked if they atleast had flavored cream/flavors. Then the employee looked to the manager and she was Rude! She said no to all of my request, and said she can offer cold brew. I asked if there was flavoring, she said NO, im doing you a favor. I said you are not and charge me if I need to pay more, but im not going to go over there and make iced coffee. Then menu just said "Iced Coffee", not you make it. Then I took the cold brew and she said "Your are Welcome", before I could get it out". First, maybe let me know i'm making my own iced coffee lol, Sorry, you are not Starbucks!! and You are not that good to be so pricey. Guess she is over her job, and so am I. Trust and know I Love Starbucks and you are a convient alternative! But not anymore

I would be mad if someone came into my store 10 minutes before I was going to wrap up and leave and these three or smiling happy to help, made great food and had great conversation. Thank you all!
