  I usually love this Dunkin’ on Michigan Ave in Canton. It’s normally clean and the staff is friendly, which is why I come here often. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I asked for a cup of water and was told they were “out of water,” but then the employee said they still had faucet water for washing hands. When I asked if I could have that instead (and I would’ve paid for the cup if needed), I was told no. The explanation didn’t make sense and the interaction felt dismissive, so I ended up canceling my order and leaving. I hope management can clarify their policy and make sure customers are treated better, because this location is usually one of my favorites.

  Worst place and worst experience of my life. First when I ordered medium black coffee through drive through. I was given without properly closing the lid. As soon as took it in. It popped open and hot coffee spilled all over me. It was burning all my hand and thighs. She simply gave second one with one sorry moved on. Not one ask, do need anything, is your hand okay, not one offering of do you need something to clean. When I went inside, i found these girls seemed to be very young and inexperienced. I was trying not to get mad at them. But was asking are you guys new to the job or what? What kinda attitude is this? The worst part is two guys comes out one says couple of times sorry and other says sir, we said sorry calm down. I am damn sure this is prime example of implicit racism. Those two thought he’s another Indian guy. I don’t care whatever. Callousness was so bad. I wanted to call police. Had I gotten some time, I would’ve. I was very sick and couldn’t stay any longer. No decent human being would ever set foot in this place. My left hand skin burns after 8 hours. I am reporting to Dunkin corporate office.
