  I visited the store on 3/18/26 to purchase ice cream for my boys. When I received the order at the drive-thru window, I questioned the brownie with Oreo Cupfection because it had caramel, which didn’t seem correct. The employee assured me that it was made properly. Once I got home and gave it to my son, he immediately noticed the same issue and didn’t want it. I contacted Dairy Queen right away at 9:31 PM and spoke with the shift leader. He took my name and told me I could come back another day to receive the correct order. When I returned to the store today, I was helped by Tatijana. After explaining the situation, she told me there was no name written down and that she could not replace the incorrect order. She also mentioned that I had just missed the store manager and that they “come in and out at different times,” so she wasn’t sure when they would be back. When I asked about the shift leader from that night, she said she couldn’t recall who it was. I also asked if there was ever a manager available at the store, and she stated that only shift leaders are typically present. The shift leader on duty today didn’t make any effort to come speak with me. Although I didn’t have my receipt, I provided proof of purchase through my card transaction showing Dairy Queen, as well as my call log showing I contacted the store on 3/18. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

  This is our second disappointing experience at this location. We arrived at 9 PM for the free cone promotion, only to be told they were out of cones. When I politely suggested serving the ice cream in a small cup as a workaround, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating to see a simple promotion handled so poorly—we won't be returning with our kids.

  I ordered a blizzard and it wasn’t very thick. It was very liquidy. It took me a very long time to receive my order. The sitting area wasn’t even clean so I had to just eat in my car. Dirty crumbs on the table and on the floor. My blizzard also tasted spoiled, rotten and it tasted like cleaning supplies.

  I used to like how fast this place was. Everything would be handed to me with a few seconds. My blizzard came out very sloppy and messy. Worst customer service ever.

  They are so slow. Me and my friend both got blizzards they came out so watery yesterday and tasted bad, like cleaning supplies. We also both felt extremely nauseous and sick after eating it. I will be going to the other locations from now on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION unless you want to become EXTREMELY sick.
