  I had a wonderful experience at this CAVA location! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the line moved quickly for a Saturday afternoon, and my food was fresh and delicious. Overall, great service and a great meal!

  I joined the line with only 5 people in front of me, but it took a solid 20 minutes before I sat down with my food. Food line was a mess and many ingredients were missing. The lentils in my bowl must have been completely raw. Chewing them nearly dislocated my molars. I have been to Cavas in other cities and had excellent experiences. Very disappointed in this branch.

  The service here is absolutely terrible the customer service is awful the people are so rude and disrespectful and they are ALWAYS out of things and instead of telling you they just give you your bowl with things missing. I ordered chicken on my bowl and once I got my food they finally told me they were out of chicken asked me if I wanted anything else I said I’ll take steak instead I guess and they still didn’t give it to me!

  It's been about 3 months since I have last eaten here:.. let me say I love cava and this location was good. But, I went last week and it was bad, real bad. The floor was sticky, the lamb meat balls were burned, the braised lamb was strong tasting the food stations were a mess and the pita chips were not crisp . The own of this franchise needs to do something quick

  After suffering 4 hours of decision fatigue, I decided to try out cava. I got there around 930, so I didn’t expect to have a “wow factor” experience. But, it was pretty pleasant. Cool servers/cooks, clean and inviting atmosphere, most line items were stocked pretty well being that they were closing in 30 minutes. Good vibes, and the food? 10/10. Only complaint would be consistency portions. I didn’t get a picture of my boyfriend’s bowl, but when we both pulled our food out, one bowl had less food than the other, particularly in meat and veggies. Other than that the food was great, the sodas were great, the pita chips are 🔥. We’ll be back 🫶🏾
