    Came here for a girls night out with my friend and Ola made our experience one of a kind. Everything was awesome. After our meal, Ola packed everything up for us and my bestie and I agreed this would most likely become our new regular spot because of great Ola made us feel during our experience.

    I had rhe worse expeience while at the Canton location. I was the only guest at my table. The other tables was seating more guest. I had to ask for bread and water. My food was cold. I waa going to tell the manager but I sucked it up. I started to walk out...but I did not want the food I ordered to go in the garbage. To many hunger people in the world. So I dealt with it. I give the service a big fat zero. I left a tip even after the poor service.The food was good.

    Unfortunately this restaurant experience was a total let down. We did have a large party of about 14. I still don’t think that was the problem one of two waiters was very agitated for no reason, the other was a gem! We sat right by the kitchen and I saw with my own eyes that more food went to carry out over the food that was actually served to guest dining in. We arrived at 5:15 and food did not arrive until after 8pm. Cold lasagna and sub par meals were served. Totalllyyyyyyy unacceptable! The manager was nice and somewhat accommodating however this was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time.

    I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit my family and I had at your restaurant. Dining out is something we don’t do often due to rising costs, so when we do, we truly look forward to it as a special treat. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, yet we waited approximately five minutes before being acknowledged or seated. During that time, we observed two managers casually talking near the food preparation area before eventually deciding to seat us. Once seated, the service remained very slow—especially surprising given how empty the restaurant was. I ordered the lasagna, and after taking the first bite, it immediately tasted off—almost as if the cheese had spoiled or an incorrect ingredient (like blue cheese) had been used. The dish was not edible. I attempted to flag down our server for about ten minutes before finally being able to speak with her. When I explained the issue, she brought over a manager, who took the concern seriously enough to go back and taste the dish herself. She confirmed that the entire tray of lasagna tasted “off” and stated that it was being discarded. While I appreciate that the issue was acknowledged, I was concerned about food safety and asked if there was any reason for concern. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear answer and was instead told that the issue may have been caused by two new food prep employees. This response did little to reassure me. Overall, the experience—from service delays to the food quality issue and lack of clear communication—fell well below expectations. I believe more could have been done to address the situation and restore confidence in your restaurant. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve both service and quality control moving forward.

    I AM DONE THROWING AWAY MY MONEY HERE! I shouldn’t have given them another try after the last 2 times were severely underwhelming & they never refunded me for the crab cakes they even called to tell me weren’t available before I picked up my curbside order. That was $20 lost in addition to the money wasted on the lackluster food I did receive. I always get the same thing & ask for extra sauce on side as it will be otherwise very dry & flavorless. Well this last time they failed to include the extra sauce. Also the side fettuccine Alfredo were just noodles-absolutely no sauce. The best thing was the salad. My apps & the entrees for my daughter & I sucked. Like what the heck are you guys doing? I know you’re not busy because your failure to produce quality, good tasting food has driven away most of your customers. Well I will not waste another penny here. You’d think with restaurants closing left & right that you’d do better to avoid going out of business yourself. I definitely see closure soon because your food & service is absolute CRAP now. Sorry but not sorry for being so brutal. I’m pissed about all the $ I’ve wasted here. Good riddance!
