  No matter what I get, they always make me pull up and wait an extra 10 min at one of the drive through spots. The foods not cheap and it’s not fast anymore. What’s even the point anymore

  This is one of the slowest Mcdonalds I have ever been to. We ended up leaving without ordreing after we watched several cars in the other drivethru lane get served before us while we waited to even have our order taken. No explanation why.

  Last three times I was at this McDonald's the order was incorrect. It takes forever to get your order and when you go inside no one is at the counter for help

  As someone from the south, I can testify this McDonald’s has the best sweet tea in the area 😂 good hot food, just encounter having to pull up and wait in the drive through quite a bit. At least that means the food is recently prepped

  Bestie and I went in last Friday and ordered the arch burgers with 4 strawberries and cream pies and upon leaving drive thru found they had forgotten the pies. I went in to just grab them but was told it would be a 13 minute wait. Our food would have gotten cold by the time we had gotten home so I asked if they could make fresh food once the pies were done. I gave the food we had gotten back. The manager Mason, was very attentive and kind in handling the matter. He made sure fresh food was made for us and throughout the whole process he never once seemed annoyed or irritated by my request. He was very happy to help and make things right. Once I got our food I thanked him for all he did and he said "of course, we love our customers here." And you can definitely tell they do. The employees are nice, they're helpful and if they're unsure of something they seek out the needed help. We'll definitely be putting this Mcdonalds as our favorite location. Just wanted to make sure Mason got the recognition he deserved for outstanding service.
