The excuse was they couldn't find my car. Gave me cold food and an overcooked hasbrown. Absolute joke. Never going back.

- SDSabre DulinskiMar 25, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this McDonald’s location. My mom and I placed an order through DoorDash at 11am, and I ordered the Arch Burger. About a quarter of the way through eating it, I discovered what appeared to be a piece of paper inside the burger, which was extremely concerning. I called the store to report the issue, and unfortunately, the response from the manager made the situation worse. Instead of taking the concern seriously, she laughed and stated that they “don’t have things like that there.” She then asked me, in a rude tone, what I wanted her to do, rather than offering any solution or showing concern for the situation. Finding a foreign object in food is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism and customer care from management was very disappointing. I expected a much more serious and respectful response, especially regarding a potential food safety issue.
