  I ordered a #17, it came complete soggy, toasted when it wasn’t supposed to be, with Italian dressing… I order the same thing every time and it’s been good before, so it was just a bit disappointing this time around. Normally jimmy John’s is really really good, great food, service, etc

  I came in ordering my normal sandwich with 2-3 substitutions, which normally costs me $13 per sub. The kind woman behind the counter who was making my sandwich stopped me and explained there was a much easier and cheaper way to get what I wanted. It brought my total down to roughly $9 and some change. And considering I havent been able to go to work due to a car crash, every pennie saved is another meal. Id also like to mention that this is the ONLY one of the Jimmy John's I have been to that helped make my ordering more efficient and less stressful. Ive been to the ones in traverse city, all the way up to Houghtion in the U.P. And none of them had thought to make my life easier. So thank you so much to the woman behind the counter for being so amazing at your job!

  THEY ALL NEED A RAISE! Our car got stuck because we aren’t from the area and we didn’t have the correct tires, as we don’t get snow down in Georgia. That being said when the employees noticed we were struggling to get our car out of the parking spot right in front of the store the employees immediately came to help us with snow and shovels. Thank you so much to all of these employees we can never thank you enough!

  My mom and I come here at least once a week and everytime we’re pleased with our subs. The workers are always kind!
