  I called ahead about a deal if it was still going on I was told yes so I drove there,I get there and the lady at the front was kind of rude and said no that deal is not going on here I said when I called I was told that it was .. I am 9 months pregnant and have toddler with me.. please make sure your employees know your deals and specials so people don't waste their time and gas..

  The food is good but the sevice leaves me not wanting to return to the subway by Savalot. It might have just been a bad day so I will go there again to see what happens.

  There barely in the store, but they were immediately attentive and got me and my food out the door lickety split.

  I’m very confused as to why online it says there only open til 10, but at the location on the door says 11pm? I work in the healthcare field and the soonest I can take a break is 10, for the last 8 months when I’ve wanted subway I’ve been taking my break at 10pm so I can get Subway, but tonight they closed early?

  Review for Subway – 903 N Mitchell St, Cadillac, MI 49601 I come to this Subway every Tuesday, and while the food is always delicious, the drive-through experience has become frustrating enough that I’m considering coming less often. Each time I order, instead of simply taking my card for payment, I’m handed the entire card reader through the window so I can choose a tip option. I don’t feel a tip is necessary for a drive-through order, especially when I’m not dining in, creating a mess, or requiring extra service. It feels uncomfortable and unnecessary to be put in that position every visit. I’ve also never earned any Subway points here because I’m never asked for my phone number or whether I’m a rewards member. And whenever I order a footlong and ask for each half to be individually wrapped, it doesn’t happen. On top of that, the sandwiches are often made sloppy, and about half the time there are no napkins included in the bag. I’m leaving this review because these issues are becoming genuinely irritating. The constant push for a tip, the awkward card-reader handoff, the lack of attention to simple requests, and the inconsistent quality make the experience less enjoyable. I hope this location can address these concerns, because I do enjoy the food and would like to continue coming here regularly.
