The food appeared appetizing; however, once at the table, the first bite was less than room temperature. We asked for both plates to be warmed and placed in the microwave (no microwave), but nothing happened. My beans and veggies were like eating out of a can, freezing outside, barely anyone inside. The waitress told the lady in charge, then went back to stocking shelves. I watched the manager lift an item, pour it into another, and didn't even look at us. We wouldn't hear a sorry, and we knew she wasn't going to do anything, our bad luck! We had warned a couple coming in the door, hoping they listened. A great server and appetizing food will never make up for cold food and poor management. My bill was 32 bucks, and for your information, the bathrooms were really dirty.

Today on a white-out snowy travel day where highway is slowed to 30 mph, our infant needed a warm bottle. We had a bottle with half frozen milk and only needed to warm it. Asked for a cup of warm water from the sink to set the bottle in. They turned me away saying it was against code. I explained it wouldn’t be ingested and would just be a warmer. They refused. Apparently regulations are more important than human decency. Very disappointing. Personally, my family will be stopping at any of the other food options in town from here on out. Too bad because we really do like the food here.
