Discover BBQ perfection at PRIMOS in the Cadillac area! Our locally-owned gem specializes in low and slow smoked BBQ, featuring mouthwatering brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, and more. Prepared in the authentic Texas-style, our time-tested recipes and premium ingredients guarantee the juiciest cuts you’ve ever tasted! BBQ is ready by 11 am Monday thru Saturday until it is gone! The market and deli are open at 10am Monday thru Saturday. In our market, we have lots of craft beer, ciders, canned cocktails and Michigan made snacks. We also have Chunky Bear coffee available for purchase. Our deli has fresh meats and veggies and cheeses for made to order sandwiches, wraps, salads and flatbreads. We have a large selection of wine available in our wine room. Our wine room is an exquisite, cozy space to share wine with someone special. We have a fireplace, vinyl records, games, a large table for gathering and comfy seating areas. Come and sit awhile. Out back we have the Greenhouse that we converted to a very unique venue space where we foster a community atmosphere for weekly trivia, music bingo, karaoke. We also host live music, euchre tournaments and book clubs. You can also reserve the gorgeous space for weddings, openhouses, birthday parties and showers. We have 12 drafts of craft beer and ciders, we also have a large selection of canned beer, cocktails, ciders, Bubblr and sodas. Family and Dog friendly!
