    Very slow service and not well staffed. I ordered online, drove to the store, I walked in and waited for 10 minutes for my food to come out and the person who brought it out didn’t make eye contact or ask if I needed anything. Just walked away. My order was wrong and the staff had no concern about the situation.

    The cheeseburgers are very thin and do not taste very good. The fries taste like cigarette smoke, and there was a strand of hair in them. In my ketchup cup, there was a good amount of mustard mixed in. Also, my Oreo McFlurry only had Oreo in the first inch of the cup. Atmosphere is great tho! Still wouldn’t recommend.

    I mean, I eventually got my food, but I was the only person in the lobby when I ordered and it took 20 minutes to get a Happy Meal and a Coke Zero. Lol. I'm typically not one to complain about service at a fast food place, especially McDonald's, but zoinks.

    Just sitting in line, as usual, with 1 car in front of me at 8:40pm. Took 16 minutes to get my food, order was wrong, no sauces, sat at the window beeping my horn to try and get their attention to get sauce and no one came to the window. I am fed up with the horrible service. I’ve learned my last lesson with this garbage McDonald’s. It’s been horrible for years!
