If you asked these workers what good customer service was, I don't know that a single one of them could tell you what the definition is. I've waited over 25 minutes for my food when I was the only one in the restaurant, "managers" don't even know how to print a receipt, no one's ever at the counter... I've sat there ringing the bell for 5 minutes and they didn't even acknowledge that I was there... Like I said, just freaking aweful. I have a hard time comprehending the level of disfunction that this place runs with.

I drive to a different location now and only do because of this one's inconsistencies

One lady with pink her and piercings was extremely rude about it and kept stating over and over again they couldn’t get it to us even though we had the app up and everything. We came inside and a lady with long brown hair helped us and she was so sweet about it. The pink hair lady was pissed again walking by and saying about how they couldn’t “get it from a screenshot. Terrible terrible customer service.

There’s always something missing whether there would be napkins, a drink or a food item. make you wait super long just to get a couple of items and no one in the drive-through. ridiculous
