  Came through drive though once a while back and nobody came on after the recorded message for about 10 minutes. Left and went elsewhere. This time, on April 12th, 2026 at 6:30pm, we didn't get served again, sat in drive through for 15 minutes this time. Tried calling, nothing. Walked into an empty store and sat for another 15 minutes then I left when I finally heard the toilet flush and the person just never came back to the counter. Store was unclean, everything was just left out, every station was left j covered and the store was completely unnatended almost 30 minutes.

  Pulled through the drive through immediately told me she had 2 online orders and it would be a min, waited 20 months no one came for the window

  30 minutes in the drive thru not a word spoken to us. Thats 30 minutes wasted with screaming children in the back of the car

  I don’t usually write reviews but I never have a good experience with this subway! Ordered ahead on the app. Got there and the lady told me to pull up to the window, where I sat for 20 minutes. I ended up going back through the drive through and the lady was really rude on the speaker, had me pull back to the window and handed me my sub without saying anything. I was given a cold, untoasted meatball sub with the wrong bread and American cheese instead of pepper jack (I didn’t realize until I already had it home and was eating it). It was the nastiest sub I’ve ever had in my life and the longest I’ve ever waited for one too.

  Myself and my coworker were going to Subway for lunch and decided to go through the drive thru since we only get 30 minutes for our lunch break. There we were met with a very rude employee at the speaker. I’m the customer and I’m reading off the menu, trying to order a meatball sub with Parmesan and she rudely cuts me off and says she’s not asking for toppings and then asks if I have another sub. Which I told her yes, a chicken bacon ranch and then she cuts me off again and asks what bread. I understand they are assembling the sandwich, but that was no way to talk to a paying customer. She had blonde hair. Myself and my coworker won’t be returning. That was extremely rude and unprofessional with how she spoke to me at the drive thru.
